My new motivation? Could it work

Well like many I struggle with my weight and currently on Medifast which has been the worst rollercoaster I can be on. I have to say that if I stick with it I lose weight. But it gets harder and harder.
Well I recently committed to go on a cruise in Feb and I am at 154 today. I want to be able to walk around without a shirt on to hide the belly. I want to feel good about myself. For the first time this past weekend I blew the dust off the treadmill and started walking again. I feel motivated to try harder with medifast and work on the excercise routine. I know this is not going to be easy and losing weight has never been easy.

Don't be ashamed of who you are right now. Nothing makes you look slimmer than a strong positive posture and attitude. The number on the scale is just a number. Many people ask when did people first notice your weight loss. People started noticing before I lost my first pound. I changed my attitude and stood straighter and received compliments on the weight I lost without a change on the scale. I lost mental baggage first.
  • Thanks Lizzy, that is definitely something I should make strides to become.
