Hello everyone. My name is Tammy, I'm 33 years old. I am happily married to a wonderful man named Dennis and we have 4 children. Two still at home Kenneth 16 and Sabrina 14. I currently weigh 264 pounds and would like to get down to 150 pounds. That means I need to lose 114 pounds so I have a long road ahead of me. I am looking for friends who can help motivate and support me along my journey and that I can do the same for them. So hear I go wish me luck.
