Hey all,
Quick question is 320 too big to start these videos and if not where do you recommend I start? Ive actually gotten very far on insanity a few years (and maybe a 100 pounds) ago. Soon my docor will be raising my daily caloric intake from 1200 and i want to be especially sure i dont start slacking off in the workout department now that im in school and working full time thanks in advance guys
Oh and please dont make your replies about the perils of only eating 1200 calories ( i know) this isnt long tern i was eating like crazy about 5000 a day this is just so i can learn portion control and moderation. Ok double thanks.

I would recommend T25 since it has a modifier. I used T25 as a way to jump back into working out, I suggest you go slow whatever you decide to do.
But I don't think you'll won't be able to do any of those routines on 1200 calories. At least bump up to 1500 cals. I say that because I've done all of them (not P90X all the way through - I just used a couple of dvds and walked years ago), but I was so hungry. I couldn't imagine trying to do any of those on 1200 calories. All three are INTENSE, your body will need extra fuel.0 -
Hi! It absolutely isn't too big to start those programs. The best part about T25 and P90X3 is that they have modifiers. You don't have to keep up with the main crew to get a good workout in. That being said if you are concerned that these programs are too intense to start with there are other lower intensity programs to get off to a good start. PiYo is all low impact and P90 is coming out in September and designed for people who are just starting to workout for the first time. Also to start with I would recommend eating at 1600 calories.0

Thanks guys. I don't plan on starting them now on 1200 calories but waiting until my Dr raises my caloric intake. But the advice is great I wish I could trial run it haha. Im hearing a lot of good things about T25!0
