I got on a scale for the 1st time last night and I was 134 pounds. Looking here my lowest was 117
Since I been married free food was givien to us and it's all pasta and stuff that makes me fat.
I don't know what to do or what to even cook. My husband can't understand how bad I want to lose the weight
It all goes to my stomach and I feel gross
It dosnt help I'm on birth control and it's bloating me so bad .
People Take us out to eat it's bad food, we get invited to a house and it's bad food. I'm so gross and I can't take it. Even ah work I sit all day cuz I'm at a desk.
What will be simple ways to get back on track

It's OK to eat bad food once in a while, as long as it's in moderation. When you go out to eat, take a look at the menu and see if there are some other lighter options (e.g. instead of having 2-3 slices of pizza, maybe have 1 slice and a side salad). Or you can always grab a banana or something before you go out so that you aren't as hungry.
You can't really help it if people are bringing you food, but if you're preparing it yourself, get creative with it. Your husband likes pasta? Switch to whole grain pasta, and throw in a ton of vegetables to make a pasta primavera. (I usually go 2:1 veggies to pasta when I make it so that I don't feel like I'm depriving myself but am still making a healthy choice.)
Get moving. You sit all day at a desk? Take a long walk at lunch time, or after work. You'd be amazed at what a little bit of motion on the reg will do for your metabolism.
And water. Water, water, water. In addition to being very good for you, it can fill you up when you're bored and think you're hungry.
Don't get discouraged. It won't happen overnight, but if you make some small changes and commit to them, you'll start to see some results. Hang in there!0
