Wanted some advice or help...!

I'm Day 5, workin' out and perhaps also on this site. I understand on how to log in my food for each day...
But I don't know how to log in my exercise?
I'm currently doin' P90, until my joints are ready to do P90X again...
Loggin' in the exercise doesn't have an option for P90 routines...and suggestions? ty in advance - Pg :)

    Best way is to get a heart rate monitor and create an exercise under My Exercises. If not - use circuit training and use the MFP numbers - just know they are not correct - just an estimate.
