How to include Regular Exercise

I walk about 10 minutes round-trip to get from my train station to my office at least three times a week. It doesn't really strain me, so I don't tend to count it towards my daily exercise totals. Is this sensible? I figure if it doesn't affect me much anymore, I shouldn't inflate my numbers.

if its something in your normal schedule the general rule of thumb is not to log it. i dont log any strength training because its the same every week. same goes for regular cardio0

Yeah I walk up 4 flights to my apartment at least once a day, plus four flights to my car after work and I don't log that.0
