Hi
Ive been using this for 10 days, didnt realise there was a forum before as I mainly use it on my iPod< I've got about 50 pounds to lose, seems like a big mountain to climb right now but trying to take it one day at a time!

    Welcome to MFP, glad you found the message boards. This is a wonderful place to meet people and get tips on fitness, your food diary or anything else you want to talk about. Everyone is very understanding and helpful.

    Any weight loss feels like a mountain to climb, but if you just put one foot infront of the other and take it day by day you will soon see that the weight is coming off. Make sure you drink your water and eat you alloted calories. Don't starve yourself. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can support each other.
