I want to start strength training because cardio alone just isnt doing it for me. Any suggestions on how to start? Where to start?
I looked it up online and found a beginner workout that alternates days with a few basic moves and says to start with the lightest weight possible to get my form right then I can gradually increase the weight by the smallest weight increment and as long as I can maintain proper form and lift the weight for all the sets (3) then I can increase the weight again.

step 1. pick strong lifts or
starting strength or
new rules of lifting for women or

step 2. eat at a deficit that's 10-20% below your TDEE
step 3. be consistent
step 4. profit0
