Post baby weight blues

Hi all, I've been using the MFP app for 3 years, but this is my first actual community outreach post lol. So here's a snapshot of my weightloss journey so far: I started out at 112kg in 2010 with a weightloss company and managed to lose around 12kg before I stopped going to the meetings (moved house to different suburb) and managed to keep losing weight (to 79kg in September 2013) until I found out that I was pregnant. During my pregnancy I gained a wholesome 10kg and gave birth to a baby boy on the 25th of June this year.

My baby boy is now 8 weeks old as of tomorrow, and now that I've finally gotten him into a good routine, I can start looking at regaining my muscle tone and removing the baby weight. At the moment I'm a solid 85kg, which I'm not /too/ happy about as I had lost down to 83 after my belly shrank and I was hoping to stabilise there. Boooo-urns to that not happening.

So I'm reaching out to MFP enthusiasts and Mums everywhere who have experience in this area. Whilst I'm not too fussed about losing weight as I know that will happen as my body heals more, I just don't want to keep gaining!!
