I'm a "poster child" for backsliders!

I became a member of MFP 4 years ago and was within 5 pounds of my goal weight. I managed to keep the weight off for over a year, and kept promising myself I'd lose that last 5 pounds, but then slipped back into my old ways and have regained the 30 pounds I lost. (OUCH, it hurts to admit that!) So I'm back and logging and determined to change "my evil ways." My hubby and I joined Aerofit last week and plan to do strength training 3 days a week and cardio three days a week. So I'm hoping there will be a lot less of me by Christmas, and what is still there will be a lot less "jiggly!" I don't consider this a "diet" program, but rather a lifestyle change. Eating healthy and getting regular exercise is essential to living life to its fullest.
