Excersizes to smaller belly and waist

Hi, this is my first post. I am in highschool, and for the last two years have noticed that I am no longer "skinny" anymore. My once flat stomach has now turned bloated and looks like I am at least 3 months pregnant! I would like some tips on how to get my stomach flat and have a small waist. I am 5'2 female, my bust is 34 inches, waist is 27.5, and my hips are 35. I love my body but I feel like the waist/stomach is a really big number! The main area where I am "fat" is my belly button and lower, I got a navel piercing to boost my confidence but it makes me feel worse. I don't really eat healthy, I eat ALOT of pasta, chips, bread, and meat every single day. I've tried to go on a healthy diet but it's really hard. The only thing I drink is water and occasionally on weekends a little soda. Please help!

That's a good starting point. You unfortunately can't really spot reduce. A smaller stomach and waist will come from an overall fat loss. Best of luck to you! You can love your body even if you want to change it.0 -
Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce. Exercising will always help - a mix of cardio and strength training/resistance/weights will likely give you good tone. You may also want to start including more vegetables and fruits in your diet and gradually cutting down a bit on the processed food. Just start slowly; small changes are better than none at all! I'm not sure if going to the gym is possible, but some gyms (esp YMCA's) have programs specifically for teens.0
