Who wants to get support in being healthier?!

So I'm starting a challenge for myself and whoever wants to join! A friend of mine inspired me to finally bust my *kitten* on getting healthy.

I am keeping track of my food intake and workouts for 100 days (because Thanksgiving is in 100 days!). I'm sticking to a fairly strict diet of whole foods with a few exceptions. I've created a facebook group for this. Obviously only friends can be added to the group, so I'm wondering how safe that is, if I add whoever wants to join in the challenge as friends? Thoughts?

Anyway, my plan is to upload pictures of my meals, staying within my guidelines (which I will also post) as well as my workouts/calories burned. I would love to have a group of people dedicated to a healthy lifestyle who will also post about their daily life and encourage others! I'd love feedback on any easier/safer ways to do this, also I want to know if anyone wants to join me?!

    What kind of whole foods have you been including in your diet. I have eating healthier and working out but I have some meals that technically wouldn't be considered too healthy.

    Why don't you just do it on here like most of us then you don't need to worry about safety on facebook.

    Because I've done that before, and it's SO difficult for people to stay in touch. Facebook is a vessel that almost everyone is connected to daily.. hourly, even! I'll just block my personal stuff from the people I add to the group, so there's no safety concerns :)

    Send me your email in a message, and I'll add you that way! We don't have to be facebook friends, that way! Just know that the invite will be sent to your email, so you'll have to check that :)
