Worst weekly calorie count ever had, 1154 over, that's more than one day! Put back on two lbs, that's a pretty lousy feeling. Was afraid what my measurements would read, so skipped them today. Maybe I should just brave it up and take tomorrow, so my diary is accurate. Had my grands for the weekend. We did pizza tacos corndogs icecream all three days and cake Sunday.
We did the bday celebration for my daughter Sunday, and being my really bad eating was fri sat (which I didn't have time to log in until today, think if I would of made time to log in, my Sunday would not look so bad. Lived the weekend as if I didn't have calories or goals to reach, felt ok until that 3rd serving of icecream and cake on Sunday. When I went to bed for the evening, all I could think of was how bad I messed up the weekend. Think it's the third week in a row. Other two weeks were nowhere near as bad as this last week, now that was looking and totaling them for the week. I don't want to gain back my bad habits, and I don't want to put back on lbs that were so difficult to loose. I think I need to have a set plan for my weekends.
Does anyone else have weekends like this? What do you do to make get back on track and stay there? I just don't like the trend I'm seeing. It's no ones fault, I did it on my own. So all I think I can do is use it for a lesson, and stop this ugly weekend trend....help
