I am going to double my protein intake(from 97g to between 175g and 217g), because I have a much higher Lean Muscle Mass than the calculations used for this(~217lbs) and want to know if I can change it on here? This is the best way to maintain my LMM while on a deficit but dont want to add calories so it would help to know the % I should go by.

You can change your percentages in the "goals" tab - go in, then hit edit or whatever that button says, then "manual" to get access to your macro percentages.
You can, likewise, change it in the app if you use it. Pretty similar, it's in goals.0 -

Download this on your main computer (or on all computers if you'd like), as it will allow you to change your goals by the gram so that you can input 217g of protein and not 215/220.
