help with the the carb limit

OK so heres my struggle lately... carbs.

For the past month i was super fine in the carb section. I never went over, and i always chose the right food apperantly. Now though (this past week) things have changed and i cant figur out what. I'm eating the same as before (i feel) and my calorie intake is all the same, but the carbs always goes over.
What can i eat that is pretty low in carbs? I think what is messing me up is my fruit... but i really like to have those cuz they are low in fat and high in vitamins (flu season).

Any advice?

    If fruit is the reason you're going over on carbs, don't worry about it.
