well it looks like i'm not the only one doing this. i am 16 years old and 102 pounds. my stomach, underarms, and the insides of my legs are flabby. it pisses me off. i want to chop it off ha ha.
so here i am, a genuine overeater, and much like you i want to make a change NOW.

Your profile says you are 20. I am wondering how tall you are because if you way 102 lbs, I would imagine you need to lose 10 lbs. I think you need to tone up and not worry about your weight. Muscle mass will make you look thinner, just replace the "flab" with toned muscle and not worry about the weight! :flowerforyou:0
