Hey All,

I am wondering how many exercise calories should I eat....I have noticed that I kinda eat 50% of my exercise calories... and incidentally I eat all the proteins from the exercise calories :) Is it healthy ? Help Please.

My diet composition is - 45% carbs , 30% proteins, 25% fat

My dairy is open.. Please feel free to have a look....

Thanks in advance.

Luv n Hugs,

Contrary to what way too many people think, eating more protein will not hurt you. In fact, when you are losing weight and adding lean mass, it is good for you. Sometimes I go as high as 45% proteins. Proteins make you feel fuller than carbs anyway, and you can't have very much fat before you run out of excess calories to have, so I don't see a problem there at all.

Your diary looks good to me. I don't eat all my exercise calories back, but I do eat about half. I don't think we should have to stuff ourselves with all of them if we are not hungry enough to have them.

I don't see a problem with what you are doing, and since it seems to be working, just keep on doing it! :flowerforyou:
