Ranch dressing – am I missing something?

So, I was looking at low-calorie ranch dressings on this forum and came across one that was about 15 calories per TBSP. Just out of curiosity, though, I wanted to compare it to the directions on the back of a Hidden Valley Ranch packet.
It looks like the 16recipe is:
1 cup buttermilk (99 calories)
1 cup sour cream (492 calories)
1 ranch packet (??? calories)
= 591 calories
2 cups = 32 tbsp of dressing
591/32 = 18.46 calories per tbsp of dressing
Am I calculating this wrong somewhere? Is the packet recipe 36 calories for 2 tbsp?

That looks about right for using low fat buttermilk. It's roughly 120 calories (2 TBSP) using whole milk and mayonnaise0
