ok so heard skipping is an awesome way to burn cals.. but how much time vs how many calories burned...
i know its going to have dependents, but on a rough scale...
i found a site that says 20 cals a minute? what do you think i got no idea!

This will depend on many factors, eg. your speed - how many reps are you doing per minute? How much do you weigh?
