Tips on tracking exercise

Most of what I do is trackable by my FitBit (treadmill, walking, elliptical). But in an attempt to even things out and do something else besides cardio, I want to do some yoga/pilates. My first thought was to take off my FitBit and then just track the time. The other option is to leave the FitBit on and not track anything besides the automatic tracking.

Thoughts?

I don't personally know much about the FitBit, as I know my friend has one, and uses it for many activities! I personally have a Polar Heart Rate monitor, and she got one as well, for activities such as activities like that to give a more precise calorie burn. We both love it.
  • It's good to hear that, you are using some cardio activities, because it will make your body fit and healthy. And, as you mentioned here about tracking, than it is also a good and attractive method for keeping your body fit as well as it keep your mind fresh.
