Try a higher protein and lower carb diet, it's satiating and you'll feel fuller longer and it quells the sugar monster somewhat. Other than that it's still the ol' question of why you overeat.....generally psychological.0

Thank you all. I think i need to just stop over thinking it all - make sure my calories are lower (i.e. not pigging out every day) and stop overanalysing food - e.g. i keep worrying about eating foods that are not entirely "clean" when really i'm guessing it doesnt matter too much - it's more about calories! xxx0

I don't have much to add to all this great advice, except to say that you have to make it enjoyable. I have dessert every day. I work it into my daily calories, because it keeps me happy. Find what keeps you happy when in a calorie deficit, and guard that piece of your day.0
