Police Scotland Application

Well I posted on here for the 1st time about a week ago and found all the comments really helpful so I was hoping to get the same kind of response for this question.

So I have put in my application for Police Scotland and I have my SET next week.

Hopefully I will pass this and move on to the fitness.

I know what is expected and what I am required to do which is the mile and a half run in 14 mins. What I am worried about is the warm up before this. I have been told that this can be quite lengthy and vigours and I wanted to know how long the warm up last, what it consists of and the best way of training for this?

Again any help would be much appreciated.
