30 day ab challenge

So im on day 14 of this ab challenge, today I had to do 3 sets of th following; 60 squats, 60 leg lifts, 12 push ups, 65 sit ups, 75 crunches and 49 sec plank. Im looking at day 30 which goes to 190. Squats, 190 leg lifts, 50 push ups, 190 sit ups, 200 crunches, amd a 2 min plank... I dont know how I am going to get to that in 15 days.
