Is this a good start?

Hello everyone,

So I just started exercising and I wonder if it's enough.
3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio. Like I mentioned in an earlier topic, I can't afford a gym membership (or weights)

Strength: all sets x3
- 20 body weight squats
- 10 push ups
- 20 walking lunges
- 10 dumbbell rows
- 15 second plank
- 30 Jumping Jacks

Cardio:
From couch to 5k program (jogging)

My goal for now is to lose a little fat first (I'm at a very healthy weight, just want to lose that little fat at the belly and the arms) while slowly building op my strength. The end goal would be to get some muscle, but that's for later.

Would this be a good start?

Thanks in advance!

I think that looks like a good start. I would suggest googling for another one or two body weight routines to alternate with that one, it will probably get old pretty fast if you do that same one 9 times a week.

thres no progression in your plan... if you can already do 3 sets of each of those exercises then you're not getting much out of it.... i would look into 'you are your own gym'.
