Early weigh in...

I started this 1200 calorie diet with daily exercise this monday and I couldn't help but get on the scale this morning and it said I lost 4.5 lbs! That's so crazy! Just goes to show how bad I was eating and the lack of exercise I was doing. Can't wait to see what it says on monday for my weekly weigh in :)

    Woot woot! I did an early weight in too and lost 2lbs in 5 days :) Congratulations on the 4lbs ...keep it goin' hun :)
  • I am glad to see that I am not the only one tempted to do early weigh ins. I weigh every Tuesday morning and have been tempted to weigh since I started keeping track of my food intake, but haven't done so. I am going to try my best not to weigh in until Tuesday morning.

    I am doing the same thing, and I'm trying so hard to keep it at 1200, sometimes i find myself hungry even after eating right and gotta reach in for a light snack and usually that helps. I haven't weighed in yet since I tried it..this week is a terrible week having at least 3 cheat nights alone this week but i hope to have a good and positive weekend. Also if your doing a 1200 calorie diet, and doing intensive exercise you may want to eat back some of those calories so your body doesn't go in starvation mode.

    Great job on losing 50 lbs!! I do need to eat a bit more, the funny thing is that I'm not feeling that hungry anymore. I got to push myself to eat breakfast now. Weird, because the first couple of days I thought I was going to starve to death or faint. I'm feeling really good now, just very tired at the end of the day. I think my blood sugar gets too low sometimes and I need to eat a banana or drink a cup of OJ to keep up with it.
