I am a 30 year old mother of 4 daughters, ages 14, 12, 10 & 3 years. I work full time as an Regional Manager working for large cable & teleco companies.

My goal here is to lose 40 pounds by next summer. I just need to watch what I eat and the calories. I am also a type 1 diabetic. I am working hard to control that and my weight at the same time.

    Welcome to MFP, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I find myself staying motivated by logging on everyday and reading about everyone else's success. It gives me hope.
