please help me

Can anyone help me..Can you look through my threads at my diet?? I have been dieting my butt off and cant budge in fact I am gaining belly fat... I just want to cry... I am 5-10 and 157 I get up at 5 am workout for 35-45 minutes high intesnity go to work do not eat until 11am an apple then i eat what i make for dinner. I do not eat after 7pm. I eat usually salad and meat for dinner. maybe a piece of cheese. i drink a ton of water and have coffee for breakfast. I feel terrible. Bloated and crabby and tired!!

    Well the crabby and tired is probably from starving yourself. Eating 1 apple, a salad and a piece of meat is not enough food for one day. Also, have you considered logging your calories?

    Also, have you considered listening to some of the advice in the other threads. I am reading through them and the advice is pretty solid.

    I was thinking the same thing, but couldn't think of a nice way to say it. And part of me feels like this is a troll, but then I felt bad for thinking like that.:laugh:

    2. as psulemon said you are starving yourself so of coarse your body is not happy, eating after a workout will go along way in making you feel better.

    Also, when was the last time you saw a doctor for blood test? And have you had a poor relationship with food? Some of your other post seem to indicate a potential ED.

    Constipation and bloating are two of the biggest side effects of anorexia.

    I think that seeing a nutritionist would help you since it appears that you are definitely not eating enough which is destroying your metabolism.

    It looks like you don't track anything since I can't see anything in your diary, but based off of your previous posts it appears there may be some underlying troubles there. I think it might help a great deal to talk with someone and reevaluate your diet needs and goals.

    Everyone should see a doctor before beginning their weight loss journey. There could be something wrong with you and you don't even know it. While your there, ask what kind of diet you should be on. You may get a referral to a nutritionist.

    I don't read food diaries, but if you're tired and crabby, maybe try eating a bit more until you see the doctor. Take a multivitamin like one-A-Day or Centrum. You didn't mention fruits and veggies except for the apple. Spend some time in the produce section. Try new things. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies.

    A good amount of healthy food will make you feel less tired and maybe less crabby.

    Are you sleeping enough? A lack of sleep would also make you tired (which, duh. I know,. But a lot of people don't sleep enough and sleep is so important!)
