Lean cuts of meat like chicken breasts and steak. Can I ask, why low fat?

There are hundreds out there, just google what you are looking for.

    Some of my favorites:

Fage 0% plain greek yogurt. Great for breakfast, snacks, smoothies, etc. You can also use it in place of sour cream or as a base for a creamy dressing.

Lowfat cottage cheese is also good, although I prefer the taste of 4% and typically budget for it. Good for snacks, or use in place of ricotta in stuffed pastas, pancakes, etc.

Protein Plus Peanut Flour - use as a peanut butter substitute, lower calories and fat. Needs a little seasoning because it is pretty bland, but with a touch of salt or honey, it is great!

low to no fat foods are horrible.

    um- yogurt
low fat cheese (god- worst thing invented EVER)
    veggies
    popcorn
    breads

Any reason why you are looking for low/no fat- fat is really important part of your diet. plus it's delicious.

Fruits and vegetables. Anything that is supposed to have fat, like dairy, is going to be nasty once you remove the fat.

Why? Fat isn't bad for you, and fat doesn't make you fat.

"Low fat" was big in the '80s thanks somewhat to bad science, but mostly due to the uneducated public's misconception that fat food = fat people. That has now been corrected, but people who grew up then just won't let it die the death it deserves.

It's not really for an everyday thing. I just still have a lot of calories left but no fat for the day and I don't like going over my macros except protein.

Your fat goal seems a little bit low...if you are struggling to stay under, why not adjust your goals?
