Per hour? A trainer approached me at the gym at work and told me my form was wrong on my squats. I ended up getting her card. She has a B.S. in Exercise Science as well as some ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist. I am currently training for a half marathon, and I am following a training plan for that. However, I did want help on my strength training (form and such). I am following Stronglifts for that. THis lady charges $60/hour. That seems high, but I wasn't sure how it compares and wanted some opinions. TIA!

My mechanic charges $85 an hour.
I charge $150 an hour when I consult.
I'd say a decent trainer should command somewhere between 75 and 100 an hour depending on the market.0
