Does anyone here have a Schwinn Recumbent bike that syncs with MFP? I’m thinking I’d like to get one but am curious how, and if, the sync part works? Thanks

The bike itself has nothing to do with syncing workouts, you need a device to track the workouts. You can get a specific device for it or use a smart phone. If you have a smart phone just use one of the many workout tracking apps that can sync with MFP, such as strava, endomondo or runkeeper. Personally I use a garmin 910xt, which automatically syncs with Garmin Connect, which syncs with endomondo and finally with MFP.0

I keep coming back to this topic but have not read good reviews on it. I assume you are talking about the indoor exercise bikes. I think the new models come out in October so I am hoping they are improved as I believe right now you use a thumb drive to sync. I would really like something which does it with a usb cable or even better wifi or bluetooth.0

Thanks for the reply. I thought this did connect via usb, that would have been great. So it sounds like it's not what I want, maybe I'll check them out again later in the year. Sure would be great to connect via bluetooth!0
