I JUST CAN"T STOP listening to them, they're all over my favorite Whoville station. I PMed the station manager, but got no response.

    They're pretty decent, wouldn't say one of my favourites in the metal category but definitely up there for workouts/ yardwork (though I doubt our neighbours like it much).

    Love them. The old school metal I grew up with, and fabulous in concert as well. Saw a pic of Araya the other day and it made me kinda sad his hair is getting grey. \m/

    I don't think I have even heard any of their music honestly, was more of a Cure teen but I did make out with the odd stoner boy in a Slayer tee and they were generally nice guys so yeah...good memories there.

    They're a good band. Love "Angel Of Death", but an ex of mine was obsessed with "Reign in Blood" because he could play the bass part perfectly, so that song is played out in my head. lol

    classic metal - love em. A band I used to sing in had a running joke about Slayer... half the band was metal heads and half were edjumacated "real" musicians so it was a lot of fun throwing all that around

    South of Heaven was good, but I prefer deeper vocals, both in sound and lyrical content. Give me Sepultura over Slayer anyday. That's also why I could never get into Iron Maiden, and even Dave Mustein and Phil get a little high pitched sometimes.
