Sounds really stupid, but.
I have filled in the details for myself and the calorie amount is approx 1500 for the day.
I just log my foods and don't go over this and should loose a pound ish a week. It just sounds too simple. I'm not eating my activity calories as I haven't wanted them yet.
I am over thinking this?

nope, that's basically it.
it's an estimate though. just give it time. log your food accurately, and watch for results.0 -
