A New Goal

Hi! I am starting my Diet yet again. When I first started my weight loss journey I was 225 pounds but now I am down to 168. I am hoping to get back on track to get to my overall goals and perhaps learn new lifestyle changes and be inspired. My total goal is to be 130 but right now I am taking it by baby steps and hope to be 150 by December. It will be hard but I know if I actually stay on track this year I can do it and I am sure that everyone here is motivated for their own reasons.

    Yes great job so far and good job setting realistic goals. I know sometimes I want results too fast and get discouraged when I don't get them :) one day at a time
