My name is Andre. I am 22 years old
I am military brat of navy parents Was born in San Diego and moved around different naval facilities around California and at a certain point Alaska (i know right?) I moved to Las Vegas back in 2001.
When I was younger i wasn't always fat until later high school I weighed about over 315 pounds I had very low self-esteem I couldn't make friends Never get a girl I was a total loser.
Once after high school I started to make a change on myself only for my good attentions and nothing more I lost dramatic weight of the course since high school but I'm still not there yet but i'm starting to feel happier.
Why do you want to get in shape?
for me it's simple I distaste the way I choose to become and want to make a change of that I want to be able to have great confidence be able to take my shirt off at the beach without being embarrassed being able to look the part on getting with the ladies *wink wink* and of course I'm aspire to become part of the finest sailors of the U.S Navy Anchors Aweigh !!!!!
Why did you come join this community?
I joined this site to hopefully get advice and help from the community on here to guide me in the direction I need to pursue my goal and also to make a deserving success story to share with others.
May 2013 a little over 315 pounds
(current Pic) August 2014 pic need to update about 242 right now
A boy has the right to dream… There are endless possibilities stretched out before him. What awaits him down the path, he will then have to choose. Children leave their homes in search of this quest. As they search, they are always asking questions.
What’s out there?
What’s waiting for me?

Good job on the weight you've already lost, you look good! Makes a big difference. You already are a success story :flowerforyou: But, good luck on the rest of your journey. And with a mindset like that, as well as what you've already accomplished, i'm sure you'll do amazingly.0

Wow that is an incredible change in just over a year. You look much healthier now.
Now comes the hard part. Keep up the good work and don't get comfortable and back to your previous lifestyle.
Your post represents a great sense of accomplishment. So many people will do this over and over and over again - including myself.
Look at yourself now and establish a new goal that is attainable and realistic.
