I need HELP! !!

I need quick and easy ideas for breakfast and lunch!!! I get really bored really easy when I eat the same things and I tend to give up! I have two kids I have to get to school and I'm a nurse so I literally eat in my car on the way to work and most days eat in 10 to 15 mins at lunch depending on the cases that come in! To top it off I'm a little picky too! But would love your suggestions and recipe's! Thanks in advance! Tiffany

    My breakfasts and lunches tend to consist of bananas, greek yogurt with chia seeds, and/or protein bars. Can't get much faster or easier than those.

    Protein bars, breakfast sandwiches.

    You can make the sandwich the night before, heat in microwave and eat in the car.

    I also have breakfast in the car on my way to work. Breakfast for me usually consists of fruit smoothie (banana, spinach or berries, plus whatever fruit I have on hand), 1T flaxseed and 1/2c water. Some people use milk and add protein powder etc but I prefer fruit and water (banana makes it thick so I don't bother with milk).

    I have a freezer full of breakfast burritos and egg muffins. I also recently bought one of those breakfast sandwich makers which is AMAZING - 5 minutes and I have a breakfast sandwich with whatever I chose to put on it. I always eat in the car.
