I just wanted to say HI to everyone on MFP!! I am brand new to this site and to losing weight. Over the years I never really cared about my weight but now I do. Not sure what has changed my mind, I just woke up one day and said that I really need to do something about myself. I really never had any motivators to lose. I am healthy, minus the fact that I have to lose 116 pounds, my husband and children always tell me how beautiful I am and that I am not fat. So basically no support whatsoever. My husband and I just celebrated our 20 year anniversary so I took our alone time to tell him my feelings about my excessive weight and that I really need help and support. Well now I have it and I am on day two of trying to lose weight. I am mixing Lean for Life and low carb dieting to help me through this. If anyone out here wants to be friends for moral support or just to have a pal to talk to just to get our minds off weight loss, I am your gal! I am open for any suggestions to help me through this. I am so unsure about this. I was told to check to see if you are in ketosis. I was negative yesterday but in a moderate level this morning. I am guessing that is a good thing. Well enough about me.
