i have been eatting between 1200 - 1300 calories a day since February. Dont tell me to eat more because i cant my food stamps got shut off so i legit have no food right now and can barley eat 1200. I lost 22lbs and im 145lbs now and i still feel like i should lose more. everyone tells me im fine but i dont think i am. i want to be skinny :'[ not chunky

Hello I am also 5'3" and prefer to weigh about 135. (At that weight I still have curves but dont feel chunky). I also eat about 1200 calories but really focus on making them all nutritious calories. My personal opinion is it gets tougher the closer you get to your goal weight. You might try mixing up your workout some. I find that helps me. Hang in there!0 -
