I am 5'6 and 122 pounds with a body fat percentage or around 20 %. I can do the eating part very well but want an exercise routine to shed that last little bit of excess fat around the tummy and just tone up the entire body.
I refuse to pay for a gym because it is over run by completely shallow people with fake tans and teen football players. I just don't feel welcome. Currently i ride my bike, walk and am pretty active.
I don't want to buy any weights but use my own body weight. I have no idea where to start.

I haven't set foot in a gym in decades. You can do plenty at home. Great website at FitnessBlender.com full of free workout vids of all types. There's a brand new 5 day workout they just started as well - http://www.fitnessblender.com/v/article-detail/Fitness-Blender-s-5-Day-Workout-Challenge-to-Burn-Fat-Build-Lean-Muscle-Free-Workout-Plan-Online/fe/0

Your requirements fairly scream Pilates or Pilates/Yoga. Pilates was developed by Ballet Dancers who were already in pretty good shape and wanted simple at home calesthenics, that could specifically work core/abs muscles and keep them in shape. There's lots of good videos on You Tube, and generally DVD's at the Goodwill. Also, generally the Y or the JCC tend to be much more mellow, less fake tanny, teenagery than your average gym. And they have sauna0

For equipmentless routines with progressions built in:
YAYOG
Convict Conditioning
For good info on bodyweight training, check out:
Strength Unbound
You can also check out some of rosstraining's stuff (although it tends to be martial arts/boxing orientated).
(Might want to tone down that "shallow people" rhetoric though... lot of people around here are regular gym-goers and may take umbrage at your phrasing.)0
