start to give up

hi guys
am W 73kg - H 168cm every dr said i should be 63kg but i don't understand how it work

my diet is 1250cl per day and i burn between 500 to 1300 cl per day and for more than 1 month i lost 1.5 kg
what i can do more ... it sad i cannot find good results as everybody
can anyone tell me what am doing wrong maybe i could fix it ?

    1.5 kg / month is a pretty good result in my books.... slow progress is durable progress!

    but can i ask about something !!!
    my cal per day is 1250 , and someday i burn 1200 and my app add more cal to the cal target day
    my question is
    should i eat more in the day i burn more?

    1250 is very low - average maintenance should be at 1900 approx with your stats - with the effort level already part of the calculation - could easily up your calories 1400 - 1500 and be loosing weight.
    Eating 1250 and burning 1200 is not healthy!
