Sorry, the topic should be " IS T25 NUTRTION GUIDE REALLY FOR ME?)

Facts about me: 97 lbs (44.4 kg), BMI: underweight, height: 162 cm, age: 18. Goal: get rid of the belly fat, get leaner and toner with more muscles.

I am following T25 +P90x3 (a little)'s nutrition guide about what to eat, how much to eat, and apparently I'm "supposed" to eat at 1500 or so. I followed that. My goal is to lose the excess fat on my belly (that's all), but here's the thing: I'm UNDERWEIGHT,small-bone structured, I'm skinny (except my belly, of course), and I'm building upper body muscles just to tone and GET LEAN.
Two months: no transformation, NOTHING! Except I felt stronger and can lift heavier, that's all.
I just calculated my TDEE calories on other websites, and apparently I should eat around 1750 calories. But I'm stuck with the T25 nutrition guide plan. I don't have to lose any more weight, but lose the belly fat, and is it possible that the reason I'm not seeing transformation because the T25 nutrition guide isn't really for me?

This is my own personal opinion....

You don't need to lose weight. Eat your suggested calories to maintain and get stronger, build muscle, and get more toned.

In order to lose a "belly" you need to be in a caloric deficit, and there's no way to target that area. You are already very light and don't need to be any more under 100lbs.

There's also the condition that your lower back arches in and somewhat protrudes your stomach a little further out. You can't fix it... I have it, and I even have abs.... it can't be helped.

Go to IIFYM.com and go to Calculators, then go to IIFYM calculator and figure out your macros / calories if you are unsure or are getting conflicting numbers.
