taking Saturdays. off

I am thinking about taking Saturdays off from dieting, to give me something to look forward to during the week. Do you think that this system could be successful?

    Definitely. And maybe you don't take the whole day, but enjoy at least one meal where you can eat as much of whatever you want!
  • Yes, I have been doing the same thing since I started, Saturday its my free day where I get to eat out with the family and I don't workout! Just don't over eat have a meal you really enjoy!!
