That is an amazing story! I like how you turned the corner and changed from within first then used that to change your outlook on exercise! I tended in the past to look at how many calories I burned doing exercise and always viewed it as a tool to lose weight.

Now I enjoy exercise (yes enjoy!) and losing weight & gaining muscle is an added bonus. Plus I am now taking the long term view, as you have. It took me just over one and a half years to lose the weight I have just lost - it'll take me another year to get to my target weight - and that’s a good thing, my goal now is to get fit and lose weight, instead of just losing weight.

Your story is inspirational (a word that’s over used but in this context its perfect), keep it up and I wish you all the very best!

what you pulled off between april and now is what I need to do next. I feel like i constantly struggle with how to do this last bit without cutting down to 1200 and cardio (I was 123 lbs at one point doing that!)
