Is this enough or too much?

My typical Diet would be:
Breakfast: Porridge with water
Snack: Rice Cake with Peanut butter
Lunch: Salad (Tuna or Prawn with Balsamic )or Salmon and Cous Cous
Snack: Apple and handful of nuts
Dinner: Stir Fry or Meat with veg and sweet potatoe.

On weekends I do allow a roast dinner on Sunday and a few little treats (dark chocolate, wine, pack of crisps)
