Is this enough or too much?

My typical Diet would be:
Breakfast: Porridge with water
Snack: Rice Cake with Peanut butter
Lunch: Salad (Tuna or Prawn with Balsamic )or Salmon and Cous Cous
Snack: Apple and handful of nuts
Dinner: Stir Fry or Meat with veg and sweet potatoe.
On weekends I do allow a roast dinner on Sunday and a few little treats (dark chocolate, wine, pack of crisps)

No way to know, you are missing all the useful information. Get a food scale, weight solids and measure liquids, log your calories and set an appropriate calorie goal and stick to it. If you need help with any of those things feel free to ask.

How many daily calories were you allocated and how many are you actually eating? Do you eat back some or all if your exercise calories?0

Way too little info... First of all, enough or too much for what? Waht are your stats (age, gender, height, current weight, goal weight)? What are your goals?
How many calories in the foods you listed? Are you logging your food in your diary? If so, please make it public so we can review. Are you exercising - and if so, what are you doing and how much are you doing?0
