Seated Chair Exercises

I've just started a seated chair exercise routine for the Obese and Limited Mobile that is on You Tube. It's a 25 min. workout. I was wondering how do I post this in my exercise portion of my diary? Anyone have an idea how to do this? Do I have to break it down for each exercise? I want to be accurate, but am clueless how to describe each exercise for logging purposes.
