I have 30 left to go and I am hoping MFP can help. I am very new here and wish to add a progress pic via mobile but can't figure it out

    from someone who struggles with 5-10 lbs (me!), i applaud you on the amazinggggggggggggggggggg accomplishment of losing 100! 30 is easy peasy in comparison :) you'll do it!~!!
