HI!
I'm new here! I've been sorta tracking my food intake since I had my son (12 months ago) but I'm now ready to start losing for real!
I'm a stay at home mom of two (4 and 1), I'm still breastfeeding, and I'm a fitbit user. I don't know what else to say so, nice to meet you guys!!!

    Welcome! I will say if you track everyday you will see results. I have only been doing this for a month and feel better and I am seeing results. If you need advice or just some motivation than MFP is the place to be. If you need support I will be happy to help and I am sure. Others will too. :smile:

    Hi and good morning. I started yesterday and I know WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!

    My daughter is 19 and within the past 2 years, I've gained 30 pounds...ugh!

    I just started back up again 2 days ago and hoping to follow through this time. I also am a mom of 2, mine are 4 1/2 and 2. I would love to relate to other moms trying to take back their health too so if you would like to add me, that'd be cool!
