Another TDEE Question: When Should You Adjust TDEE?

Options
Hi All,

I've been following TDEE and I've lost 25 pounds, my question is: when should I adjust my TDEE to take my new weight into account?

Stats:

26 y/o
5'1
135lbs
I workout 6xs a week for 30-45 minutes (and some days are 2x for 30 minutes. It depends on what my program calls for - P90X3 doubles)
Current calorie goal is: 1820 (before that it was 1860, I just updated MFP with my new weight stats. I put it as lose 1lb a week and active since I workout 6x a week)
Body fat is a little over 26% (I used the fat2fit tool)

And what are some of your favorite TDEE calculators?

After a 25 lb loss (congrats BTW!) I'd probably re run the numbers.

I've seen it recommended to do so after every 5 lbs...that seems a bit obsessive to me...but I'd certainly do it every 10-20 for sure.

Yes, 10-20 is what I'd aim for, as I fluctuate with 5 pounds all the time.

I recalculate about every 10 lbs or so.

P.S. Congrats on all you've done so far!

Thank you everyone. I will re-run the numbers and adjust accordingly.
