Real bros dont count all that **** ha, 6'2 weighing in at 202 pounds
Bench - 290 last for 8, Crossed 4 with a spotter once at one only doe without bench t shirt.
D.L - 260 for 8 altho once I did 280 for three full form
Squat - 300 for last set for 8.

Haha. I know bro but I choose to avoid it. Know why? Because it "labels" my lifts in way I dont like. Same reason why my lifts are stronger than yours :-p But nvm, Take it:p You are double my age. Id rather take on someone my age lol
