Hi MFP users!

My first post here, anyone have tips to high protein meals that I can carry on to replace my isolate whey?
Try to not put carbs into this replacement.. =)

Thanks a lot!

Cubed chicken breast or thigh with tatziki sauce slathered over it!

    Beef/turkey jerkey and cheese.

    Hard boiled eggs.

    Greek yogurt, plain.

    Why would you replace whey?

Why are you replacing the whey? Just wondering. I use some almost daily to reach my goals.

    Also carbs aren't bad.

    But good protein-heavy foods:
    - Fish (canned tuna would be my pick)
    - White poultry
    - Lean (5-10%) ground red meat
    - Low- to no-fat greek yogurt/cottage cheese
    - Regular cheese or part-skim cheese
    - Beef jerky
    - Eggs or specifically egg whites if not looking for added fats.
    - Protein powder added to food/baked goods.

Thanks a lot for the tips!
,,but I'm already taking in the morning whey with oatmeal/yogurt and another scoop right after training.
I try my best to not take more than 3 scoops per day. Additionally, whey is not a good option when we want to be real satisfied. A scoop is digested very quickly by the body (returning the sensation of hunger moments later). =P

I'm really enjoying this community. Everyone are striving for a goal and all help each other.

    Thanks again! =*
