Hi ya'll. I'm new to MFP. Just started today and have input my first 2 meals. Now to figure out what's for supper with 360 cal left, lol.
I am 54 and need to lose 50 lbs. Need encouragement/support on how to use MFP to lose the weight.

Howdy. I'm 49 and have about 40 lbs to lose myself. Logging calories is a good way to do this, I've done MFP before with success. And if you go over by a few calories don't worry, the count is designed to have you lose weight. So if most days you're under and the days you're not you're just a little over, you'll be fine.
